Someone told me what the difference between jealousy and envy is.

No it's not one starts with j and one starts with e.

Jealousy isn't dangerous. Envy is. In a way that, when you're jealous, you're just sitting by the sideline, watching whatever you're jealous of, without taking action.

Envy is like. You see whatever you're envious of, then you take action. Like if you don't like it, you kill/steal/etc. that person/thing/etc. Ya. So cool right. LOL. Maybe not.. But whatever.
